In-Person Workshops held by Trainer Trained cover the necessary materials to teach you both, "how to create" and "how to train". There is more known today on educating future trainers than ever before. The explosion in the information and technology fields has resulted in rapid changes and many old and once-accepted training methods have been replaced by better and more effective strategies and processes. Students will be encouraged to actually perform during class to drive home skills as they learn.

Our 30+ years of experience has allowed us to create a training program designed to pinpoint your training needs, allowing you to understand the adult learning process. We have developed a powerful program that teaches you how to produce innovative materials and presentations that encourage maximum learning and participation. 

Our classes are small enough to allow enough time for student-instructor involvement.  One-on-one training  gives the instructor enough time to evaluate the student's skills. We also stand behind what we do and offer dedicated phone assistance for new trainers as needed.
